Notifications

Hi i am wondering if you can turn off notifications for some posts your were previously involved in. there are some posts that i used to respond to that are now VERY triggering and make me feel incredibly sad and alone and i keep getting notifications from those posts to remind me that i am no longer welcome there i would really like to turn those off but i dont want to get rid of all my notifications so i was wondering if this is at all possible???

@NiteKat I checked the email and i followed the instructions but there is not an option to unsubscribe to this particular problem post without unsubscribing to everything. 😞
