Re: Taking the plunge
I am doing okay @Maggie - saw my psych this morning and she said I look like a different person - so that was really positive. I certainly do feel better than I have for a very long time. The weather helps too as I can get outside and do things.
Hope lunch is not too stressful for you. Any further idea of when you will be moving?

Re: Taking the plunge
I found your thread @Maggie 👍
I need to go on my laptop to change something, so I can follow certain threads on the forums. At the moment I don’t get notifications to follow threads I’ve messaged in, unless I’m tagged.
Thats great you have your glasses now, Maggie. Must have been hard not being able to see much.
Im okish, I guess. Still have the usual daily things to fight through. Sometimes I can, sometimes not.
Will catch up more soon, if you like. I need to get moving soon.
Coffee for you ☕️
and @Former-Member
☕️
and anyone else who wants one. ☕️☕️
💜💖🌷🌸🌺
Hoping your day goes ok/well.
Not sure when when I’ll get in laptop to change notification thingy. Hopefully soon. Otherwise please tag me anytime.

Re: Taking the plunge
Dear @Maggie, and a quick hi to @Zoe7 @Shaz51 @Corny @Former-Member and others.
Maggie, you've been pretty quiet now for close to a week, so I thought I'd drop by and see how you were doing. I read on another thread that you got your glasses last week. Good news! Hope you can see properly again now.
I realise there are a lot of out of control bushfires in Tassie right now. Not sure if they are in your area Maggie, but I'm wondering if Zoe may be impacted, perhaps by smoke from the Tahune Airwalk fires. I do hope you are all safe down there and that the weather changes bringing with it some rain to help get fires under control.
Shaz, Holly didnt need a bath after her rabbiting adventure, it was only her claws and paws which got dirty. A quick wipe over and she was right. Although her eyes were all full of gunk from her excited digging, poor baby. And no reward for her mighty efforts. Holly is not normally a digger, except if it comes to rabbits. I used to have a corgi when I was a teenager, Peanuts his name was, and then we got a female which we named Meg (short for nutmeg). Corgis are lovely dogs. And wonderful for farm life, I recall Peanuts killed a number of snakes close to the house. Mum used to always make sure we took him with us when we were out in the paddocks. I guess she thought he was some protection.
Dear Mumi - I hope you are doing okay sweetie? I know its tough, but I also know you're tough too, and will get through.
Maggie, how is our little Mags doing? Is she still her new svelte slim self? Ha ha .. keep up the walks wont you? Which reminds me ... have you been back to the specialist again about your arthritis? Perhaps you've already commenced on new meds. Anyway I am thinking of you ... with much fondness.
Sherry 🌸🐶💕

Re: Taking the plunge
Hi @Former-Member It was good to see a message this morning, thankyou. 💖
Life is going much the same here.
Heat isn’t helping. I miss the cold weather we had while we were away.
I’ve had a really bad few days just now. Hopefully today will be a bit better. I’m back in bed just now. Having morning coffee. Hoping shower will help me get moving soon. I think it will be a quiet day somehow.
Yesterday was an extra big day. Went to the big city. So it was a huge day.
I read that family are coming to visit. I guess that will be good in some ways and sad for everyone to see your husband so unwell. I hope you have some nice times together.
Hi @Zoe7 I have been wondering if you are ok. Are you ok? A very busy time for you and I hope you’re not feeling too overtired/overwhelmed. 💜
And @Maggie Are you ok? I remember reading that you might have to move again 😳 Is that still happening? Take care. 💖
I hope our WiFi is working a bit better this morning. Tried to sort it with the company, but it’s just not good in our area. Have tried other companies, but they’re worse. I’ll try sending.

Re: Taking the plunge
It took me all this time to come back on here, because of bad wifi and no one is around anyway, lol.
Its ok, it’s just that wifi here is stupid.
Catch you all another time.

Re: Taking the plunge
There is a fair bit of smoke over the city @Former-Member but I am safe where I am. It does seem that quite a few of the fires are out of control again and hoping everyone is safe in the areas they are burning too.
@Former-Member I am very tired and not sleeping well which is contributing to that. The night med decrease seems to be affecting me adversely but don't see my pdoc until next week. Have to push through for now and see how the next week goes.
Hi @Maggie Hoping you are doing okay too Hon - miss you
