@Former-Member yes I slept very well and repeating the wheat bag on neck shoulders tonight ,.. I even walked home from train station instead of bus !!!! Trying to integrate fitness and self care throughout day ... how was your day ?

@Sophie1, you are going well with your walking.  Did a bit of gardening today and suspect that I will be in need of a wheat bag tonight. My favourite exercise is/are diddly squats.
