What’s happening @Former-Member. In here for a little while.

I think it's cause I forgot my meds for a few days..... I slept all day somehow and now I feel really bad.
Everything negative is going on in my head. What happens if I feel like this forever? What happens if I'm like this forever.

I think I might take some sleeping meds and see if things are better tomorrow morning.

I have just come through a big phase of that @Former-Member. I had the what if yips in a big way. I hope things will settle when your meds kick in again.

What did you do @Teej?
How did you get through it?

Just rode it out @Former-Member. It wasn’t pretty and at the time everything felt so huge and overwhelming. I was tantrumming lots and had loads of si but then I stopped stressing about it so much. I think hormones for me play a big part. I also had people telling me I’d been here before and got through ok. I was angry at the time but knew it must be true so stopped fighting it so hard.

Everything hurts. 

I cant live like this again. What’s so wrong with me? Why must I be like this?
