a quick check in to let you know that I have read your response..

I am not on the forums late at night as I have had fatigue previously from ongoing lack of sleep....and need to try to keep my sleep time to a pattern ..

I was relieved to read that you felt some inner strength and self control...

keep on writing...

yes you do have the support of the forums..

Managed to get through the day... not sure how but I think that it has a lot to do with you all being here for me.

Even my own family (excluding my dad) never had this much time for me.

my mr has finally gone to bed so I can breathe now 😔
