Crisis Moment

I have had a crisis moment this week. I was going to act on a problematic behaviour because of a traumatic experience. So I contacted my psychologist for DBT and practiced crisis survival skills as in exercise, drinking water/tea and yoga.

 

I am just letting everyone know that it's not a weakness to ask for help. It's about learning to be gentle with yourself and ask for help.

Thank you for sharing @Sapphire2 . It takes a lot of strength to acknowledge what you have. I hear it isn’t easy. Thank you for sharing your strategies.

 

And you’re right - it’s not weak to ask for help.
