Looking after ourselves

Member_A
Contributor

Getting things done, Fwds Motion, Getting Better : )

Look after yourselves, everyone.

There ARE ways forwards,

There ARE ways to get things done, to get better, to self-motivate, to self-apply, to Stay Strong.

It's vital we all, keep our health in check.

Practise healthy habits.

Maintemance of health.

Ongoing support & self-reflection.

Be real, to yourself.

You owe that, to stay healthy.

Mental Health Workers/ Staff/ Clinicians, all know their stuff.

Unfortunately, M.H. professionals will often be criticised by others, just for doing their job.

I am a professional (non-related profession).

We can all be adamant, we are the best judge, for ourselves.

We need:

Guidance

Education

Training

M.H. is an additional task/ area of concern, to keep in check, daily.

  • Let's all make tomorrow, a better day : )

Hey @Member_A !

Thank you so much for sharing your insights. It was very helpful to go through.

Yes, we are here to support one another.

Great to have you with us.

Re: Getting things done, Fwds Motion, Getting Better : )

Yes, Tyme.

Thankyou.

To help, & not hinder, is my aim, in any field of endeavour.

Mental Health, and those that need to keep in check, their m.h., is a little undervalued, in Australian Society.

Health is so critical, and the self-view of your health, critical, to continuuing functionability/ mood/ quality of life, on a daily basis.

Tyme, i would love to support others, also.

Thanks.

How are you today @Member_A ?

I'm glad to hear you want to support others.

I found that the more I supported people, the better I felt in my recovery. It's been such a rewarding experience to be able to reach out to others.

Re: Getting things done, Fwds Motion, Getting Better : )

Thankyou @tyme

Yes i am very well, today.

I am doing as much as i can, and practising healthy habits, to maintain my health, daily.

There is so much we can do, to stay healthy.

It's an ongoing w.i.p. yet rewarding, like any task, if managed in a good, sensible manner.

- Looking after yourself is the priority.

- You are no.1.

- its health 1st, business 2nd

- this list goes on and on etc.

Lol.

@tyme, how do you approach your health?
