It is really a learning experience and over the years working out what works for each couples and families can be different 

I have found that if I am OK, calm then my family is too ( but that can put a lot of pressure on ourselves when we don't feel 100 percent)

Thanks so much to all of you for your kind words. It just helps to know that I am not the only one going through something like this, I will check out the links, and I encourage anyone to contact the carer gateway as I have done earlier this year, they were very supportive.💜👍
