Re: Good Morning!

Hey @SmilingGecko . Finally got lunch in the oven. Should be ready soon. Just cooking onion. Need to organise peas too. Spuds and lamb almost ready. Really hungry. Psych calling in just over an hour. Will probably have to do dishes after she calls. How’s your planting going? Have you started yet on that or are you still eating lunch?

Re: Good Morning!

Hello @GezzaP I have had lunch followed by a bit of a rest then planted some beetroots and brown onions. Was hoping to plant carrot but like you said the soil has to be prepared prior thats what it also said on the seed packet. Will plant them anyway. I got some high quality soil that is what @TAB said when I took a photo of it. I may be wrong you may have more info than me. Just gave myself a break from the garden for now then plant the rest of the carrots. Moon in virgo - root vegetables. It was pretty hard going even with raised garden beds but I will see how I go.

Re: Good Morning!

Your carrots will grow but if soil poor quality they will be small and not straight @SmilingGecko . Raised beds are best. Wish I had some. Going to take veggies out and plant natives and succulents within next year or two.

Re: Good Morning!

Thanks for letting me know about carrots @GezzaP! Ive been doing a Toltec shamanic practice earlier today. It enables you to reclaim energy that has been lost through negative interactions over the course of your life. The author says you can wind up decrepit and old as a result of these things bearing heavily on you in your later years. This practice returns power to you what has been lost so you no longer experience the same thing in ongoing cycles that can serve to wear you down.

I did the practice years ago but am using an audio that brings up from the subconscious who from your past you have to clear and uses a method akin to the original Toltec practice but using modern esoteric technology. Many psychologists recognise they are not getting results in clinical practice and realise this ancient technique is by far more efficient and effective in facilitating a healing.

So I do the shamanic practice 30 minutes a day and notice a lightness of being and renewed energy. Feeling a lot better. The original book I bought was The Toltec Art of Recapitulation and I took time away from my daily routine for an intensive practice over a month to try and go through my personal history to clear all interactions but it was hard bringing it up for review. This audio clears all interactions just by bringing up a name alone.

Re: Good Morning!

@SmilingGecko I think I need to practice Aztec sauna rituals to cleanse skin and get rid of what I strongly suspect is a hormonal post-menopausal rash on my chest. Seeing dermatologist in August but not sure they’ll know what it is caused by.
