@Bill16 o0o0o0oooo ... I'm a bipolar 1 schixoaffective and boy do I get paranoid..... boot can I ask what else gets you paranoid? I get paranoid that I am being poisoned. That is a biggy for me and one that I cannot get over no matter how much I have tried.

@Bill16 My daughter is hypervigilent. She always feels that someone is going to attack her or I when we are out and about .... she has chronic depression.

Is this a recent thing for you boot? I have had the poisoning thing now for a year. I wont go out to restaurants or friends houses etc.

I was diagnosed a few years back,but looking back at my life I knew I had it from when I was a teenager

@Bill16  I would agree with that .... when I hit my teens I was out of control. I am thinking of going off my meds boot.... have you ever gone off your meds?

Nah I've never gone off them @Bunniekins ,I would go back to drugs and alcohol,I don't want that

@Bill16 I did drink but never did drugs but boot I have put on so much weight .... I don't recognise myself anymore .... it makes me so sad 😞
