My new pastor says something yesterday that made me get all shy and embarrassed... but not in a bad way

Last week he mentioned while we were talking that he can hear my voice beautifully, that I stand in the front row and don't hold my volume back and we only have a pianist in our denomination, we don't do music teams. 

Yesterday he was concerned he would offend me, but he wasn't the first one to say it to me, that when I'm singing I get this childlike joy on my face from the words. Singing takes me back to happier times and Christian music and songs has a much bigger impact because the words ring so true to me.

He doesn't know that singing is the one thing that never fails to break down my walls and let love into my heart, it's what reaches me when nothing else can, because words hold so much meaning to me.
