Morning @TAB . Hope your aches ease. I’m showered and walked to shop. Needed a mixer drink. Still got a headache and my back and neck hurt.

Going to acupuncture in a couple of hours hope it works as well as last time. Is within comfortable walking distance. I managed to go back to bed this morning despite awful headache got 7 hours sleep all up. Still tired.

internet technician coming in the afternoon to upgrade my modem for a new plan they’re bringing in. While I wait for him/her to show up I’ll read the info about eye surgery and fill in the form.

My headache is caused by back and neck pain @Meowmy . Hoping acupuncture this morning will improve pain. Will put heat pad on it directly. I’m happy though because I managed to fix my phone this morning. Ended up getting 7 hours sleep still a bit tired.
