Not doing very well. I have very depressed  and suicidal.  I jave been in hospital  on very high alert watch, which i fking hate. 

I dont know what to do with myself anymore. Someone please help me. 

All they do is drug you up and say bye bye.

It sounds like things have been really difficult recently, and the transition home back from hospital can be very rough. I'm a bit worried about you as you mentioned feeling like you don't know what to do with yourself and having been very suicidal so I'm sending you an email to check in.

Im back again.

I feel so lonely . So much has happened.  I feel like im slowly dying
