I have been triggered by message received this morning but am safe.

seeking help with any other possible resources to provide to a friend who has active SI and is possibly victime of DV from her husband.

one message from her last night she said her hubby doesn’t go back to work until Monday so has to be careful what she does.  (Hubby is interstate truck driver and usually only home couple days a week).

on FB this morning I found message from her sent in early hours this morning saying she was “picked up by cops on top of bridge with bad thoughts”.  
she has recently told me she has been waiting for approx 3 months to see psychologist and has initial appointment in mid Feb. 

this morning I sent message containing phone number for Lifeline.

dont know what else to do.

she has daughter in late primary school who starts back to school on Wednesday and we have made plans to spent time together that day.

any suggestions, help or other resources?  Closest town to us is Geelong, VIC

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear this is what is happening. It sounds like she really needs help, especially if she is not safe. 

If she feels she is in danger at all, she needs to contact 000 immediately. 

Other numbers she can contact is 1800RESPECT. 1800 737 732 Abuse is not acceptable. It sounds like she is crying out for help.
