Morning @MDT Hope you’re eating now. Will be good to tell the psychiatrist EVERYTHING about how you’re feeling right now (including perhaps a brief overview of last 12 months to arrive at this point if relevant). Let him/her guide you & if necessary communicate with your parents/GP. Keep safe & keep in touch

Yes well done. The hard part is often getting there as well as being completely honest. Proud of you @MDT . Seeing your mum is there maybe she she could hear from the psychiatrist at the end of the consultation? It’s important people around you hear how you are from the treating professional’s view at this point in time. Hang in there  & remember “this too shall pass”
