It's nice of you to include me in your post. I've been keeping to myself of late. The cold weather's a nice change especially to sleep, but I would've liked a longer Summer; it's unseasonably short. The poor trees will start yellowing soon.

Everyday I'm living with a terrible condition... it's very overwhelming... i need to remind myself to rest often-otherwise i become very agitated... basically it's a fine line between not enough and to much... in the sense of achieving stuff/living...
