Food does not help much that is for sure, although at times, when the nausea is not too bad, a glass of beer or some hops can bring the nausea down a little. Yet it is a bit of Russian roulette using that.

Hey @DownMoreThanUp sorry you aren’t feeling the greatest! Must be the time for nausea my friend has really bad nausea at the moment, been a few days!
I’ll pass on your tips @AuntGlow lol 😅, I got to agree though I do love the maccas coke and chips when I’m not feeling good ☺️

@AuntGlow i love the idea that fries might help 😆 i haven't heard that before! I have heard the coke before (and I grew up with lemonade instead).
@Till23 you are "wow" - all the fundraising for the orgs. 😊 I like to support a number of those you listed also. I like the idea of fundraising, but dont have the social networks for it and feel like there are so many at work already. But I often like to buy gifts from the RFDS store as a way of contributing, enrol for research studies/surveys with BDI and other uni studies, volunteer work, etc.

Yes @AlwaysMyself now that I am not working it is more difficult to raise money as I also don't have social networks and the ones I do have are not in a position to donate really.
My entry fee helps and I have raised some more for the event on weekend, but less than I've raised before (it's more than the average raised per participant - so I have to be happy with that.
I am also trying to assist by doing surveys etc and now have a small Lived Experience role.
Anyhow I'll be away from the forums for a few days as need to travel to get to the walk fundraiser in Sydney (plus do the walk of course!).

It is awesome she has kept the 10 so far. We can see she is becoming more careful hugging the edges of our dam and staying under overhanging tree branches. She lost 7 but the ten are now much more likely to survive.
The Goslings are still in full number as well and the one who lost her two little ones has laid more eggs and is back on the nest. So maybe more are coming yet.

@Chasingsunsets yesterday was weekly appointment day, plus started packing in the afternoon and charging device batteries.
Today a little more hunting for packing things, some resting, and accompanied my mum and her dog to bunnings (veggie plants).
@DownMoreThanUp so fluffy 😍😍🥰🥰🥰 how can you resist hand-rearing them with cuddles??
