My boss shared this link with me earlier, and I am so grateful that she did, so I had to share it with the SANE community. My boss and I are both fans of Dr Gabor Matè! If you aren't familiar with his work, his latest book, which was co-written with his son, is called The Myth of Normal: Trauma, Illness, and Healing in a Toxic Culture. It's a must-have! 

And another must-have for your book collection, written by Dr Bessel van der Kolk, The Body Keeps the Score. 

I was so excited when I saw these two legends featured in this webinar, and I registered within seconds. 😜

ooo this sounds so interesting! i've seen a few videos of Gabor Matè, and i love the way he explains how trauma works/impacts, in such an understandable and validating way.

i've only seen this post now, but i'm glad there's recordings!! will watch them soon, thanks for sharing 💙

Hi @Paralyzed and @rav3n I attended some of this.. Just so you know rav3n there is a lot of advertising for the course that you pay for amongst what is presented. 

I didn't go to all of it, I found some of it was good though and there were other bits I didn't think as much of it. But worth a look because it's free

Yes @rav3n, it will only cost you time and I did get one or two things out of it
