Or a massage, which helps to ease the muscle aches & pains (very relaxing)?

How are Mum & Uncle going?

Mum is home again , took her home today

Uncle is good but will be in hospital for a couple more months

Last night I had a soak in the bath which was nice xx

today we mowed a couple of Lawns

we have lost a few mowing jobs due to a community services taking them so Mr shaz anxiety is very high and he is worried about what is going to happen

we did the food shopping for us and mum today
